11. The host and conference terminal are equipped with 256*64 dot-matrix LCD, which displays the status of various working parameters, statistics and voting results delivered to each conference terminal. The system supports simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese and English display;

| HCS3000CCU Wired digital control conference host

HCS3000CCU is the control core of HCS3000 conference system. It is responsible for managing and coordinating conference units, realizing communication and data exchange with conference units, communication and control with external devices, and combining with HCMS intelligent conference management software running on the PC side to achieve more intelligent and comprehensive s meeting. It adopts a stable embedded operating system, and the software runs reliably.

The system supports conference discussion, conference voting, conference sign-in, conference service call, and automatic camera tracking functions; the conference host provides rich information display, which makes the operation user-friendly. It follows Swan's independent patent conference control and audio streaming protocol HCCP, with online upgrade function, and software update is convenient and fast.
