· Product Function
① Acrylic panel and grounding post: Remove the acrylic panel and connect the power cord to the air switch to supply power to the sequencer and system (Note: the grounding wire must be locked with the grounding post with M4 screws to ensure the chassis is grounded).
② Air switch: when overload or short circuit occurs, the switch will be automatically disconnected, which can effectively protect the safety of the power system;
③ Voltmeter: Displays the voltage of the power system in real time.
④ Auxiliary multi-function socket: This multi-function socket is straight-through (used to provide power for laptops, etc.).
⑤ Channel indicator: When the indicator is on, it means that the channel is powered, and if it is off, it means that the channel is disconnected.
⑥ Sequence switch: When the sequence switch is on, CH1-CH8 are sequentially turned on every 1 second, and when the sequence switch is off, CH8-CH1 are sequentially turned off every 1 second.

·Product control method
1. The machine and the machine cascade control
Connect the OUTPUT of the first unit to the INPUT of the next unit, when the power is switched to POWER ON, CH1-CH8 will be turned on in sequence every 1 second, and then the next unit will also be turned on in sequence CH1-CH8, and so on.
When switching POWER OFF, the cascade connection is closed in reverse order, and CH8-CH1 are closed sequentially every 1 second.
2. RS232 remote intelligent control
It can execute the RS232 control protocol command of the central control device, and can realize the 8-bit controllable socket to turn on the power in sequence or turn off the power in the reverse sequence, and also execute the power-on or off command of a specified socket in the 8-bit socket.
3. RS485 remote intelligent control
It can execute the RS485 control protocol command of the central control device, and can realize the 8-bit controllable socket to turn on the power in sequence or turn off the power in the reverse sequence, and can also execute the power on or off command of a specified socket in the 8-bit socket.
4. DC remote intelligent control
It can execute the "5 to 24V" DC voltage signal command of the central control equipment or other central control equipment. When there is DC voltage input, the 8-bit controllable socket of the sequencer is powered on in sequence. When there is no DC voltage input, the The 8-position controllable socket disconnects the power supply in reverse sequence.
5. Fixed-point control function after cascading multiple sequencers
Multiple sequencers can be connected to each other through the IN/OUT interface of the backplane. The first sequencer is connected to the central control device through the RS232 port (RS232 protocol) or RJ45 port (RS485 protocol), which can control any of the multiple sequencers. Any socket of the sequencer switches power on or off.
