Job Responsibilities
1. Develop sales plans: Based on the company's strategic goals, plan and implement detailed sales plans to ensure the achievement of the set sales performance targets.
2. Customer resource Development: Actively seek out and explore potential customers, deeply understand customer needs, and drive performance growth in the responsible area.
3. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain regular contact with customers, respond promptly to and solve customer problems, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Project follow-up management: Fully participate in project bidding and tendering, business negotiations, contract signing and execution, and track the collection of order payments to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, computer science, electronics, Internet of Things, automation or related fields is preferred.
2. Possessing outstanding market development and analysis capabilities, business negotiation skills, customer management skills, and project management skills, one can drive the sales process and achieve performance targets in a complex and ever-changing market environment.
3. Possessing a strong learning ability and rapid adaptability, one can quickly understand company and product information, closely follow market trends, and flexibly respond to changes in customer demands.
4. Highly result-oriented, maintain an optimistic and positive working attitude and enthusiasm, possess strong stress resistance, and be able to adapt to short-term business trips.
