Job Responsibilities:
1. Quality pre-planning and requirement transformation: Lead the quality planning for product design, formulate the overall quality control plan, clearly define the quality targets for each design stage, and ensure that the planning scheme covers the core quality points of audio products.
2. Design process quality control and review: Participate in the entire design process of audio products, organize and lead design reviews at each stage.
3. Design verification and trial production quality control: Follow up on the small-scale trial production of the product, organize the trial production summary meeting, and ensure that the problems are closed-looped before proceeding to mass production.
4. Mass production introduction and quality closed-loop management: Be responsible for the quality assessment of design changes, ensuring that no quality risks are introduced after the changes.
5. After-sales quality review and continuous improvement: Collect after-sales customer complaints and return data of audio products, establish a design quality experience and lesson learning database (R&D quality hazard database), to avoid the recurrence of similar quality issues.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic information, automation or related fields;
2. At least 3 years of experience in hardware or structural research and development;
3. Familiar with the product research and development process and the TF16949 system;
4. Excellent communication skills, while being able to adhere to principles.
